Project Brief
With the national and international business growth, it became diffcult to ensure the proper work distribution and control of the corresponding workflow, especially when the company, due to its close relationship with international clients, was already frequently working remotely.
As the company is committed to providing quick responses to its clients, it was important to have a tool that allowed them to share and control deadlines.
The need to measure and control what each lawyer was effectively invoicing was another diffculty
The Solution
Reis & Pellicano chose to implement Rolling Legal for the many benefits this solution brings. Furthermore, being a Portuguese firm, it selected a national platform that is also familiar with the needs of law firms in Portugal. Rolling Legal proved to be very intuitive and as they learned to work with the various tools, some elements SOLUTION were also customised such as, new matter and client fields, integration with Ofice 365, namely Outlook, etc.
With the implementation of Rolling Legal, Reis & Pellicano now has greater management control over the business, including invoicing by lawyer, by client and clients with overdue payments.
Rolling Legal allows them to have greater control over the expenses to be charged to the client and also to ensure more redundancy in terms of deadline control. In addition, and because it meets the firm’s mission, it provides the opportunity to offer feedback to clients right after the first contacts are sent.
