Celebrating her 9th Rollversary, we start with Catarina Fernandes, our Account Manager for internal market.

Catarina is passionate about customer relationships in the B2B Tech field. With academic background at Évora University and more than 14 years in the customer service area, she has the ability to increase sales and develop strategies to retain customers. Having joined Rolling Space in 2013, Catarina started as a Salesforce Business Consultant. Three years later, she became Account Manager for Rolling Legal solution based in Salesforce CRM.

We challenged Catarina with 3 questions concerning her motivation and experience while working at Rolling:

Can you describe these 9 years of experience in one sentence?

It’s a constant learning experience. It’s 9 years of growth, challenge, defeats, achievements and evolution!

What is the best advice you can give to anyone thinking about becoming a SAAS B2B professional?

It is a very challenging area! In addition to requiring a technical knowledge of legal software in constant change, in terms of prospecting, I usually say that it is a kind of “long term dating relationship” until retention. The customer lifecycle in the area of SAAS B2B is based on building long-term relationships between the brand and the prospect and the decision process involves many constraints.

How would you describe the #RollingTeam?

The environment in the company allows for the creation of close relationships between the various departments. People are friendly, welcoming and, in addition, there is a great spirit of mutual help, which, I believe, was decisive in order to have a dynamic, fun, focused team that fights for the goals set.

In a short sentence, what does Rolling Legal mean to you?

Digitalization and the Future of Advocacy.
